K-Adriatica conducted in-depth studies on the efficacy of the PHARMAMIN M nutritional solution in collaboration with Crea, Viticulture and Enology Research Center in Turi, a national reference point for Table Grape research.

The K-Adriatica contact person says: "We conducted experimental trials on two red-berry varieties of Table Grapes: Red Globe and Crimson Seedless. We compared plants fertilized with K-Adriatica's PHARMAMIN M - treated at veraison and repeated 7 days later - with an untreated control group. Next, we analyzed the evolution, up to 45 days after harvest, of crucial quality parameters, such as berry firmness and coloration. The results obtained confirm the effectiveness of PHARMAMIN M from K-Adriatica: colorimetric tests conducted on the Red Globe and Crimson Seedless varieties show a significant improvement in the intensity and uniformity of berry coloration. This benefit was observed both at harvest and after 45 days of cold storage, confirming the prolonged duration of the positive effects. In particular, the increase in anthocyanins, pigments responsible for red coloration in the fruit, was favored by the absorption of Calcium via PHARMAMIN M. This element also contributed to improved berry texture, emphasizing the classic crispness, especially in the Red Globe variety."
